We are on the hunt for an customer service representative to join our dedicated team in Chatswood!

Mondottica Australia is a well-established supplier of optical and sunglass products to optometrists and outdoor retailers in Australia and New Zealand.

Working with all parts of the business to provide a professional and high-quality service, our Customer Service/Warehouse team is based at our Head Office in Chatswood and are responsible for telephone customer support (taking orders and answering queries about our products and services), processing of orders and return stock, and general administrative and warehouse tasks.

ABOUT THIS ROLE

This is a permanent full-time position working with a great team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be providing exceptional service to our customers. Your role will have variety and a typical day will involve:

○ Answering inbound customer calls
○ Attending to phone inquiries relating to orders
○ Coordination and execution of dispatching goods against orders received
○ Liaising with Sales Reps and Management with regards to client orders
○ Support Sales and Marketing activities by providing outstanding service to Customers and Sales staff
○ Handling and resolving product and customer enquiries in a timely manner
○ Assisting other team members when required in different areas


KEY SKILLS

To be successful in this position, the following key skills are required:

○ Team player and willing to work in all aspects of the business
○ Positive open-minded attitude to learning
○ Ability to multitask and prioritise work
○ Excellent English - both written and spoken (essential)
○ A friendly confident phone manner
○ Ability to work autonomously and proactively
○ Experience in customer service (preferred but not essential.)
