The Role:
We’re looking for an Experienced Optical Assistant to join our team. You'll help clients find the perfect eyewear, deliver top-tier service, and keep our practice running smoothly.

What You’ll Do:
・Provide expert advice on lenses, coatings, and frame selection
・ Help customers find stylish eyewear that suits their look & needs
・Deliver outstanding customer service & create a welcoming experience
・Manage inventory, process orders & assist with scheduling
・ Keep up with the latest eyewear trends in a modern, fashion-forward practice

What We’re Looking For:
・A people person with great communication skills
・Passion for eyewear, fashion & customer experience
・Strong attention to detail & organisation
・Optical Assistant experience or Dispensing Optician qualification
