ABOUT THE ROLE
As the first point of contact for our patients, you’ll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include:
・Welcoming patients and managing appointments
・Handling phone and email inquiries
・Processing payments and health insurance claims
・Assisting the team with administrative tasks

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
・Previous reception or customer service experience (optical experience is a plus)
・Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
・Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
・ Comfortable using computers and booking systems
