I have recently completed the 'Introduction to Optics Pre-employment Program' with Optical Dispensers Australia (ODA). As such I am currently seeking to pursue a career in optics with the goal of becoming a fully qualified optical dispenser.

I have previously worked in accounting, specifically the insolvency industry as a financial assistant in a team managing insolvency appointments. This role included corresponding to diverse stakeholders through written and verbal communication and preparing, reviewing and lodging statutory forms to government bodies.
I also have experience working as a team member in the hospitality industry and as an ordinary issuing officer for the Victorian Electoral Commission during elections.

Although I have seldom experience in the optics industry, I believe that the pre-employment program in addition to my skills transferred from my work history, I will be a valuable addition to your practice.
