I am a dedicated and personable optometry student with experience in optics, customer service, and medical research.

Currently working as an Associate Dispenser at a corporate practice, I assist in pre-testing procedures, provide personalised eyewear recommendations, and perform lens fittings and adjustments to ensure optimal vision and comfort for customers.

My ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, combined with strong interpersonal skills, allows me to deliver exceptional service while supporting optometrists in comprehensive eye care. Beyond my work in optics, I have gained valuable experience through internships and volunteer roles in healthcare settings, such as Fiona Stanley Hospital, where I liaised between patients and healthcare professionals to improve service delivery.

Competent in both English and Chinese, I am an effective communicator with strong skills in patient interaction, ethics, and professionalism. My certifications in First Aid, CPR, and Mental Health First Aid further equip me to handle diverse situations in healthcare and customer service environments. Eager to apply my skills and knowledge, I am committed to delivering high-quality service while continuously learning and growing in the field of optometry and beyond.

Beyond clinical practice, I am committed to ongoing learning and professional development, ensuring that I stay up to date with advancements in optometry. I also hope to contribute to patient education and awareness, emphasising the importance of preventative eye care and early intervention.
