Alycia joined the Optical industry in 2018. This ignited her ever-growing passion for the field, where she signed up to complete her Certificate IV in Optical Dispensing with the ACOD in 2020, and graduated a short time after. Alycia holds a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, Certificate IV in Optical Dispensing, and a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.
Alycia believes that encouraging collaboration and knowledge-sharing will lead to a more dynamic and innovative optical industry.
Alycia is passionate about providing ongoing education and support services via ACOD (Australasian College of Optical Dispensing) and ODA, to all members of our community.
