Justin has been working in the optical industry since 1999, in various roles including dispensing spectacles, managing stores, and overseeing training and business operations. This experience across both corporate and independent settings has given him a good understanding of the industry and its possibilities.
Since 2019, Justin has led Tokai Optical Australia as General Manager. This has allowed him to gain insight into the intricacies of ophthalmic lens manufacturing. By leveraging his knowledge, Justin has identified opportunities to improve customer service and business development in an often-overlooked area of the optical industry. Beyond his job, Justin cares about raising the standards of the whole optical industry.
