Rhian brings a wealth of experience in the optical industry, with a strong track record of leadership in optical dispensing. After qualifying with the Association of British Dispensing Opticians, she has worked as a dispensing and contact lens optician in a variety of independent and corporate practices over the last 20-plus years in both the United Kingdom and Australia.

Rhian is currently the dispensing advancement manager for Specsavers Australia and New Zealand where she drives the dispensing strategy that impacts more than 5 million patients each year.
